Is this related to the '57 3100 on your profile? Is it the original mount, a used one from a parts yard, Ebay, aftermarket etc.? Did you modify anything while it was removed? Was the truck ever in an accident? Yes, its on the 57. The only thing is, I put a 56 grill in it and associated body work. When I measure the 57 upper bar, it does seem to be a bit longer. I didn't think that would be a difference in the 3 years. If the 56 grill won't fit, then I'm back to using the 57. I just like the cleaner look of the 56. The upper grill bar is a repop.
