Last June I purchased a 1941 GMC and have found quite a few parts suppliers for it. This website is invaluable as a resource! Hope you find your truck soon. one more site: http://www.bowtiebits.com/http://www.patricksantiquecars.com/index.htmphotos of my truck: http://www.flickr.com/photos/78509270@N03/sets/72157629718497440/with/7428153596/ | | | | Joined: May 2011 Posts: 48 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: May 2011 Posts: 48 | search "1941 GMC" on ebay also | | | | Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 4,185 Moderator | Moderator Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 4,185 | Welcome red1946, there are lots of suppliers, go and buy that truck.

You will likely end up sourcing most stuff out of the US as not many suppliers north of the Border, and their prices are quite a bit higher. I was fortunate in that I live close to the Washington state border and can have stuff shipped to a depot in Washington, then run across and " import " it myself. First few things I bought were shipped via UPS and they just kill you with customs fees !

There's a pretty good vendor in Penhold (just outside Red Deer)that has or can get anything any of the other vendors carries. If you want to buy from a U.S. vendor and they insist on shipping by UPS run away. Postal service is the best bet. http://www.scottssupertrucks.com/
