Just get them started, then get back in the cab, pull the switch to the floor and replace the screws with the proper short ones.

I need to adjust the shifter box on the column under the hood, but my arms not long enuff to reach thru the window and work the shift lever while watching the parts move  hafta wait til the 'helper' feels like helping!
