But, I bet there are other suppliers.

Chassis Engineering INC V-8 mounts

That way it'll give you an idea what to look for or how to adapt a v8 set to a later L6. You might even know someone who can make a set of brackets for you. Pretty basic really.

Thanks thats wold be cool on a side note i just got off the phone with Jim and chassis eginering INC and he said they do NOT sell a kit for the 292 he said they sell a universal kit for the 250 that he has heard can be made to work for the 292 but he didnt know for 100% | | | | | Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 29,869 Kettle Custodian (pot stirrer) | | Kettle Custodian (pot stirrer) Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 29,869 | Those mounts are not that complicated. Anyone who can measure accurately and cut/weld steel should be able to fabricate a decent-looking set of mounts. Start with the engine bolted up to the bellhousing, mounted to its crossmember, and level it in relation to the frame. Then take some accurate measurements and make a set of brackets to hold a set of "hockey puck" motor mounts. Problem solved! Jerry
