Would that not be a 235 in a 1953 truck?

53 was the last year for 216's in trucks, I know because I have one, and that is why I am wringing my soul to keep the 216 in it...

my only question on that gasket is how do they deal with the difference in size of the intake ports? I know with regular gaskets you have to specify 216 or 235, as they are different.
