I know in certain year Chevys have one piece glass but the door handles push down. I have access to this particular door and I took some pictures and to me it is very similar to my 54 doors. The window trim is a little bit different. What would it take to put OPG into my doors? I would like to crank them up instead of using a power window kit. I know it has been done before and I’m not sure what it would take to do the conversion.
I can't say not knowing.

51 was a one year only deal,they had vent glasses and turn down handles.
After that it was vent glass and push button handles.
As far as i'm aware you can transfer all the internals from an earlier door to the later but will obviously involve some metalwork to the glass openings.
Alternatively if you decided to change the doors completely to earlier ones there is a difference in the striker plates on the 'B' post of the later models to correspond with the push button handles.
