Truck is a 65 C10 with a VIN of C14445B113733

Thanks much in advance. Trying to find out if this is in fact a 230 or later replacement.

According to Inliners.org casting numbers database, that is a 68-84 250. I know there is a way to tell the exact date from the serial number, but I'm not sure on the 230/250/292 engine series...

Do think it is a 250..as far as the date- the 0010 e103 should be the date code but your #'s letter dont make sense check these again - should be something like CON2_____J_23_2 Where the"_" are spaces.
