This is the first time I've ever posted a message here but I hear that I'll get a good response. My '65 has the original CUSTOM DELUXE steering wheel I know the horn works but there is not initial contact and I already have the contact spring, what am I missing?

BIGGY,
It may be caused by defective relay, horn button or wiring.

I dont think Its that its just that the center piece of the DELUXE horn doesnt goe down to make the spring contact with anything I dont know if it needs a rubber bushing or some sort of metal disk to touch the steering metal.
