The price was decent, came with a cart and helmet. I had to buy a gas bottle elsewhere.

I have only used it for sheet metal for body repair. It seems to work well for that. I will be doing a little review when I get it up and running for everyone to decide for or no their own. It will be about 4 weeks as I am still finishing ua another project right now.

| | | | | Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 403 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 403 | Well got my EW. welder on line and ran some beads with it on thin metal and it seems a little hot on their settings chart so lowered down the voltage and slowed down the wire speed and it welds great on 18 ga. so far. Will weld up some other stuff on the heaver side for a evulation on the heaver metal. The price was a great deal on the welder with shipping out to Calif. just a little over $500.00. I am very pleased so far with it will report more later.
