Good morning from Western North Carolina. Name here is Steve. I'm recently retired from 27.5 years with a Sheriffs Department and moved up here from Florida. Been doing a lot of searching for a vintage truck that I can use as my daily driver. So far I've looked at a 67 C10, a 68 F100, a 87 GMC Sierra Classic and a 61 Apache 20 camper special. Of all I liked the look and size of the C10 the best. I'm not looking for a show truck, not looking for a lot of restoration, just a clean nice looking truck. I was impressed with the back and forth on this forum (and I've looked at a lot of forums lately as well) and it seems like everyone wants to help each other and I'm sure I'll need that. Looking forward to meeting you all.

Steve

Welcome Steve, I too, was searching for a 67-70 truck a while back. The more I searched, the more I was attracted to the A-D style, 47-54. So I ended up with a '53. I would stay away from the F100, not really my style.

Anyway, whatever you get, be sure to visit here if you need help.

Leo
