1966 C-30 ... rear wheels touch each other in the middle with a heavy load. Tires inflated to 110 psi. What are my choices?

I would say there could be a few things to check. First check for proper tire size for the truck & that all 4 tires are the same size. Having worked in the tire business for several years I have seen people mix tires on duallys not a good thing. Second is to make sure that the rims are correct as well, if the offset of the rim is wrong that could be a problem even with the correct tire size. Make sure that all the wheels are the same as well.
Hope this helps...
