Hi, when I bought my 42 1/2 ton Chevy pickup it came with an extra drivers side front fender that was in better shape than the one on the truck and I never paid much attention to it, but it looked a little different to me, until I what to put it on and it is, it goes in more in the front, and the support bracket did not fit is the 42-46 1/2 ton fenders different than the 3/4 and 1 ton trucks

If the wheel opening radius looks larger, it's from a 1 ton or larger. If not, it may be GMC fender, don't know if they were different, but a GMC owner will be along to help!

GMC fenders are the same as chevy, and 41-46 are the same. 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton are the same as well. It's possible your fender is from a 40 or from a heavier truck.

Are you sure the fender is bent or twisted out of shape? Does it have the flat areas for the headlights?
