Plus two front seats from some other donor car I guess? seats 1 seats 2 seats 3 And the interior shot that someone asked for last week. interior How do the rear seats mount to the floor? I am guessing just bolts through the floor? The floor looks to have been replaced at some point in the past. Someone started to rebuild the burb at one point also. Many parts are in cans and boxes, but appear to be all there.

| | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | lost's burb is a 2nd series, different than AD's .... yes it does look as if that floor has been replaced, the line behind the drivers seat is likely where the ply was split .... and yes, those front seats are from a car, not sure the burb set you got includes a drivers seat, but it might be the one in the middle of your pics with the slides attached, and the small one may be for the front passenger side

Yes, it appears the floor has been replaced. There should be slotted steel plates in the floor with a slotted hole underneath them. The rear and middle seats mount with carriage bolts. The heads are placed in the hole on the plates then the seat is pushed to put the bolt collars in the slots. | | | | | Joined: Apr 2012 Posts: 37 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Apr 2012 Posts: 37 | I have some misc mystery parts in a bucket. I will post a pic and see if they are the slotted deals to mount the seats with. There are a pile of parts that I dont recognize. I have a coffee can of bolts as well, some are for mounting the bumper etc.. The rest? Who knows. I have been lucky on several fronts, the electrical system still works, the motor was free after 20 years sitting, and it seems that all the important parts are present. I pulled the valve cover off today and all of the valves are free as well. I will take luck over skill and determination any day.
The starter is being rebuilt and I am waiting for a radiator though so it isnt a full blown fairytale.
