Switch is broken and crumbling. I found a new switch on eBay, but no wiring diagram. Wires are in 3 different sections/pieces none of which are connected. Anyone have the diagram to wire up a electric shift 2 speed. Circa 1952. Thanx, GMCPic

The switch is wired as follows; Green = 12v from the Fuse Panel Red = High Rear Black = Low Rear The Black wire will be Tee taped under the floor with a wire that goes up to the speedometer adaptor located at the dash. The adaptor keeps the speedometer accurate regardless of what speed the rear is in, it's a little electric reduction unit in-line with the speedometer cable. Make sure you ground both the electric shift motor and the adaptor... That's it! Mike B

When I hookup the switch and turn on key/power I get power to both terminals. Even when I disconnect one wire from switch terminal block.
Wires are totally rotten, crumble when touched.
So now I have to rewire the whole shift system.
Also, I am going to look into changing the shift motor too 12v.
Any ideas?

The switch is part number 32861 (about $10), I can't find the harness number. I think I got one from NAPA about a year ago. The center terminal on the switch gets the hot wire from the fuse block. The top terminal is High speed and the bottom is Low. Now I have to find out if they will work.
Also I found another truck on Craig's list.
Going to look at it Sat.
