you can apply epoxy under any conditions, just need to be adaptable - in the sun it'll be tacking up as fast as you spray it - faster than you can brush or roll it grin especially in the afternoon when the metal has been sitting in the sun getting nice and warm

I ended up using the "Matrix System Epoxy" from sherwin williams dealer. Am very pleased and the build was perfect, thanks all....
