Cut and welded the side Spare mount. Made it work with a bed cover since it bolted to the top of the bed. Anyway here is some photos for anyone else looking to do so.

Looks good.
Did you do any thing to give more structural support at the top bolt holes now that they have more stress on them?
Like the plate that goes under the bed on the bottom bolts.

I had planned on that with some supports. But once I installed it I noticed it was real solid and needed no more support. So Im gonna run it like it is.
