The last thing I have to remove is the I believe the harmony something or other. It is the pully that is attached to the crankshaft and runs the accesories. In the manaul they have something called the harmony puller and driver. Was wondering where to get this or if i could use something else.
Also my dad Allis Chalmers Model A is acting up. Something with the timing. If anyone has worked on the older Allis Chalmers it has magneto please let me know or a good place to find info.

This should have two tapped holes in the face and is usually pulled with a common gear puller. A rental yard should be able to set you up with a universal puller that would do the trick.
