I have been told 4 times now that they are coming in the first of next month and I will get a call when they ship. Well 4 months have gone by and I still don't have them. To make matters worse I have already paid them. I have used them for almost all my parts purchasing. They have not failed me once. I received a huge order 2 weeks ago & should get another one monday or tuesday. I have had things on backorder from them but usually get the item with in 30 days. There is a girl there name Lisa that I deal with everytime & she is very good at what she does. I hope your issue gets resolved soon. I order my chrome wing window assemblies( AND OTHER PARTS) from RODPARTS out of ohio & have had good luck with them as well. Both places offer free shipping too...which I like.

Tell them if you don't receive the items you have paid for by a certain date, you would like a refund. Any reputable outfit will refund your money.
