I am converting to power front disc brakes. Will there be any problems with power booster and 4 speed tranny crossmember? Or are there other problems to look for. Don

Hy grneyes88, I'm going to assume you're asking about a half ton truck, and that your talking about installing a dual master cylinder setup with close coupled vacuum booster, am I correct in that? I did the dual master cylinder with vacuum booster conversion on a 1952 one ton a few years ago, it was a tight fit, the one ton uses a propellor shaft parking brake, and I had to trim part of the bracket for clearance, but it did fit, hope that helps.

I did the Performance Online conversion on my '54 GMC when it still had the SM420 and there were no clearance problems.
