I thought before I start grinding and sawing bolts, I better consult the experts.
Are the (4) rear bolts that hold the board to a sheet metal spacer carriage bolts or are they studs welded to the upper sheet metal piece. Thank you.

If you have to grind or saw to get them off you'll have to weld on new ones or replace them any way won't you?  If time isn't an important factor then you could try soaking them in Kroil or whatever your preference is for a week or so and then after cleaning up the threads real good and applying some heat they 'might' break loose... or they might just bust off anyway :mad:
