I have 1 wheel cylinder bleeder that is 3/8 and the other 3 have "tits" sticking out that won't turn. They are internally threaded at 8/32. What is this thing and how do I bleed the brakes? Any info is appreciated. Jim

Jim, I had those on my truck, too. I replaced them with regular bleeder screws. I couldn't figure out how I was supposed to bleed the brakes with that setup and I figured it was easy enough to just put new ones in.

If your wheel cylinders are in good shape try Speed Bleeders for replacements... Makes bleeding brakes easy when doing them alone...

Chucked that thing in a vise and vise grips and chisel wouldn't budge the screw.I drilled it out and popped the sealing part out of the hole. Chased the threads with a 5/16-10 NC. Tried screwing the normal 3/8 bleeder screw in, but it has a looks like NF thread. They have different threads in some wheel cylinders? I don't think I actually cut new threads because the tap went in easy. Jim
