Hi Guys,
Does anyone know where i can get a drawing of the assembly sequence for a brake master cylinder? i have a repair kit here but not too sure as to how it all goes together. Any help would be greatly received.
regards

I dont have a photo handy but I can describe it. The flat rubber washer goes in the rear plug. The cupped shape check valve goes in the spring & seats on the flat rubber. The loose rubber cup goes in next open end faceing the metal part on the spring. The piston goes in next with the rubber cup in front. Use some silicne grease or brake fluid to lube it so it wont tear. Put the push rod & thick flat washer in next & the snap ring. Put the boot over the cyl.
There are 2 holes from the reservoir into the cyl. Make sure they are not plugged up. the rear one is very small.

They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing.
