I am referring to the one that goes in the slotted track. I am reinstalling after paint and having a very difficult time. I've lubed it up with dish soap, spread the track open a little and am now going very slowly with a screw driver. There has got to be a better way!!!

When it got stuck, I spread open the channel enough to continue sliding through the strip.
