I think just by looking at a picture of a 55 gmc that the front fender is the same as a 55 chevy -2.

am i right ?

I recall reading they are not interchangable due to front end differances. Hopefully somebody smarter then me can confirm or deny this.

really helps to clarify the year .... any year Task Force Chev / GMC fenders, inners, hoods are the same overall shape, but differ in mounting holes for trim and park lights - they can be interchanged
