For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Feb 2012 Posts: 13 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Feb 2012 Posts: 13 | I was just wondering if anyone out there has any good choices for my 55' Chevy 3100. It has a 3" drop in front, and 4" in the rear. I know brother sells a couple of sets online but they are about 45-50 bucks each. I'm sure there are other options out there for less money that are just as good if not better. The owner before me modified the rear shock mounts and made it to modify a shock strut. Any thoughts ?? Once again thanks in advance everyone ! | | | | | Joined: Nov 2011 Posts: 24 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Nov 2011 Posts: 24 | Check with Speedway Motors. I used their front lowered shocks on my 57. I used a set of 3" drop Posies springs and they worked great. Good price too. Ron | | |
