They are called clutch head screws and they are probably all over your truck. Most if not all of the vendors that advertise on here sell a set of screwdrivers for different size clutch heads. You might also check out your FLAPS they might have a set too. You can replace with a phillips or flat head screw if you aren't interested in keeping that level of orginality.

You buy them used or you buy the few styles/sizes that are sold by vendors like Ecklers (above), Classic Parts, LMC trucks (for rear fenders), and a very few others.
Restoration Specialties, Inc has a page of GM specialty hardware and it shows several sizes. You have to download their catalog and look through the pages for specialty GM hardware (non on-line catalog - just old school). If you cannot find the page number, please let me know.

Make sure you are very specific about the size your looking for and whether its a pan head or flat head. JC carries a few different sizes, however, I'm not sure exactly which ones.
