I've noticed that after its warmed up and driven the idle seems to stick at around 650RPM until its turned off. When I restart it the idle is back at 550RPM or so. The choke appears to be working and not sticking.
Is this normal for these old Rochesters? I've had this problem for awhile. I'm not sure if its something in the carb that isn't working right.
