Easy answer I hope vacuum wipers stop @ the top other than they seem to work fine on this 1951 suburban April showers almost here. Thanks PS wipers were all apart when I got it so could be owners error

you may just need to remove the blades and arms, and then run the wipers and turn them off. Then replace the blade and arms in the proper orientation. Hope that helps.
