I plan on the outside being metallic green and the interior a silver grey with black seat, headliner and door panel.The doors look like the color changes under the w/s. I am not sure about the cab. Can you help me with this? I then closed the doors and painted the rest of the outside of the truck.

As Greg posted, and as posted in your post in the DITY gallery:
For the most part, the exterior color ends where the exterior sheet metal ends. Follow any area of exterior sheet metal towards the interior. Usually, either the exterior sheet metal overlaps the interior sheet metal (in the door openings, for example), or the exterior sheet metal is "pinched" to the interior sheet metal (as in the windshield area, I think).
