It was a great help while I was restoring my 1941 1 Ton Pick up.
I am now starting the restoration of my 1946 Suburban and need some parts info.
Unfortunately my book has no info however on page 585 of my book it states: " Note: See Price List Supplement( P & A 24D Revised) effective April 30, 1942 for all special parts used on the follow Special Models: 1935-42 Suburban Carryall Bodies
DOES ANYBODY HAVE ACCESS TO THIS INFORMATION OR KNOW WHERE I CAN GET IT?

I also have a 1946 to 1972 Parts book on disk and there is nothing on it either.
It would appear that I am hunting for a special publication dedicated to a few special models.
Thanks for the effort! | | | | Joined: May 2010 Posts: 43 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: May 2010 Posts: 43 | LET ME KNOW IF YOU FIND ANYTHING. I'VE LOOKED FOR 11+ YEARS, AND 41-47 PANEL/SUBURBAN SPECIFIC INFO IS NEARLY NON-EXISTENT!! | | | | Joined: May 2000 Posts: 424 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: May 2000 Posts: 424 | I have a reprint from 1974 of the Special Model parts book. It's only 44 pages, and covers special parts used on 1933-1942 Suburbans, Dubl-Duti delivery trucks, and some station wagons and ambulances. For the '41-'42 Suburbans, there are a couple pages of special parts numbers listed. These are mostly for the seats, side windows, and back door parts.
Has anyone checked with Chevs of the '40's or The Filling Station for reprints of this booklet? At one time reprints were fairly common. Maybe also try Ebay? | | | | Joined: May 2000 Posts: 424 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: May 2000 Posts: 424 |
I believe American Classic has them for $8.00ea. as part # LI128.

If someone does not make (and post) a screen shot of the pertinent manual, I will do that tonight or tomorrow. I will then delete the eBay links.
The link above now goes to a hosted photo.
