the heater should have it's own wire direct to a power source, and should do fine with a 10 amp fuse - if it's blowing a 20a I'd say something is wrong with the motor or switch

The turn signal flasher holds steady when jumping it out as well.
what can i do or try?
my current system is now negative ground. does this have anything to do with it?
