For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 467 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 467 | I've got the SS trim around the outside of the window opening. I've got the small clutch head screw out top inside.
Anyone take this off before? Tips? | | | | | Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 649 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 649 | First, pull down @ the joint, then working toward the rear pull the stainless away from the opening and outward of the opening. Once you get the rear side off the rest should come out fairly easy. Remember the stainless is "pinched" onto the opening. Hope this helps. | | | | | Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 467 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 467 | many thanks..great advice and successful operation. | | | | | Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 2,254 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 2,254 | You can leave the stainless on if those are my doors
