Where do I begin trying to lift the fender back in place? Does the hood need to come off? I hate to just start loosening parts. That green area below the emblem is the old paint and the fender drop exposed it. Where the hood meets the cowl (I think that is what you call it) has clearly dropped. I dont think your fender dropped, I think your cowl is up too high.
