Any chance of getting a sticker with a task force truck on it?

Shane,

Sure -- I just need a full front/head-on shot from slightly below looking slightly up at the truck. It also needs to be high resolution and uncluttered background that contrasts with the truck. Pulled slightly out of a darkened garage (so the front of the truck is in light and area surrounding the truck is dark) works really well for this.

Send it to [email protected]

Thanks,
John

Not a problem -- I just found some other shots. I think it's Mike B's firetruck. I guess I started to do one a year or two ago and got distracted. Believe it or not ...

I'll get back to it but not tonight wink If you don't see something within a week or so, kick my chair.

Oh, and Beaver, PA??? That's my college roommate's hometown!

John,
I'd love to have a Big Bolt AD sticker too. Let us know when you have it done?

Everyone,
I'm so glad this topic took off. I love hearing the stories and realizing i'm not the only crazy person here. Keep em coming.

Joe -- You *are* the only crazy one here. The rest of us are perfectly sane.

I'll try to get to those stickers by the weekend.

see, this is wy i love my truck. the comments on why we all love them. they are different. you go to any show and you will see multiple advance design trucks "slammed" to the ground "on bags". i love pulling into parking lots and people just migrating over to see what the hell that thing is. also, like stated earlier- "made in america". these things as you know are SOLID. i parked mine in a parking lot before i had the parking brake issues worked out and of course like an idiot i set the brake leaving it running (so it's out of gear of course)and it didn't hold. the truck took off down the slope of the p-lot and just demolished the rear end of a parked honda. did absolutely nothing, but scratch the paint on the bumper on my truck. my insurance covered it and they asked me about damage to my truck. i told them no damage. they couldn't beleive that my truck basically totaled the car w/o damage to it self. I LOVE THESE TRUCKS!!!- DVZ

Shane, Joe (and everyone else)

I got the Task Force and Advance Design "Size Matters" stickers done. I spent just about all day (about 10 hours) working up the Task Force version of the Stovebolt.com logo -- I hope you like it! smile I used a picture of Mike B's firetruck as the starting image.

See all the Stovebolt stickers here

As always -- Thanks everyone for your support of Stovebolt.com!

Oh, and Thursday, my granddaughter and grandson (4 and 2) wanted to go for a ride in the 9500. I had the lowboy hooked to it, so all we did was back up the driveway a couple of hundred feet and pull back to the garage. We had a blast -- my granddaughter sat with me in the driver's seat and she actually shifted into 1st gear. Pretty fun stuff!! 4 years old and she already enjoys the "music" of a 2-cycle Detroit! I am a blessed & happy man.

Regards,
John
