my head lights wont work got tail lights is fuel guage connected i noticed it playing up during day thanks

There is no connection between the fuel gauge and the headlight switch. I would check out the wiring and connections going to the headlights and if nothing is obviously wrong there, you might want to drop the headlight switch out of the dash and see if there's a problem. Is everything else working?

yes dash lights emergency flashers and taillights stop lights never tried wipers

The line to your headlights is routed through the dimmer switch in the floor. I know that can be a common source of trouble. You might want to check the connections there.
