I used a hacksaw blade to clean out the cracks. Used pc7 epoxy, files, sandpaper, primer and gloss black rustoleum to patch it up. Have maybe 8 hours into it. It turned out really nice. I'm curious out how the orginal material and epoxy expand and shrink over the next years. Maybe ill try bondo my next repair. Also somthing to think about, my truck is sitting outside and the temps have been all over the place, a truck in a garage with consistant temps may not see the same effect as mine.
