I just saw in the back of LMC catalog some DVD's by Kevin Tetz on paint, body panel replacement, body shop basics, metal prep, and color sanding. Does anyone know of any other good instruction materials out there?

If you can separate the wheat from the chaff they are all over You Tube... Personally, I've learned the most over at the SPI users forum. Most of the guy's here will tell you the same thing. Product preference is personal it seems.
Regardless, a lot of research and reading = lecture hall hours but the real learning takes place in the lab.

Search for the following Bolters, Sevtchevelle, MartinSr and MPC. There are plenty others also. There are a lot of photo albums posted here worth viewing. They have good info for beginners and up. Read, learn, try, try again was my teacher. You have to get into the shop to learn the feel unless your one of the lucky natural bodyman. Years, time and experience are the best teachers. Good luck and have fun

Excuse the brand but this thread is more of a start to finish one.....

Here is one on some wet sanding/buffing.

While these may not be entirely "instructional", you will always pick up a few pointers here and there if they apply to something you're getting ready to tackle...

Take a look at www.metalmeet.com . Tons of good forums with metal forming and fabricating, panel beating, welding, shrinking, stretching etc., etc.

I bought the DVD from Kevin Tetz on panel replacement. I learned from it and go back to look at more than once.
