I need help in deciding the pro/cons of replacing the 12 volt generator with another generator or changing to an alternator. I'm not sure which would be better as this will be my primary driver once she is running. Thanks!

It charges at idle & dependability is much greater. The voltage is more stabilized makeing the bat & acesseries last longer.
