Are there identification marks on the rear-end of these old trucks? I have a 1950 3800 and have been cleaning up the rear-end but can't find any serial numbers or stamping to identify it. It has 10 bolts holding the cover, the four holding the horizontal mid-section are closer together than the remaining six at the top and bottom. | | | | | Joined: Apr 2011 Posts: 75 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Apr 2011 Posts: 75 | If it's a third member type rearend, then it's likely a 5.14:1 ratio.
