I bought four artillery wheels, had them powder coated, they look great in satin black..but they're 18.5 in. The wire whees I have on my 36 low cab are 17.5 in. Is that extra inch with balloon tires going to be too wide to fit my spare wells for 36 Suburban? I;m not sure. Any info? thanks a lot guys.

Why not mount one of the wheels up, and then you can measure it. If you look on the coker tire website, they list the diameter of the tires, and width when you look up the size you want.
