I know the Strombergs have a 3 hole mount and the Offy is a 2 hole. Is there an adapter available for this? I don't know if this is even worth attempting, but Strombergs seems so cool and period correct.

Like a lot of the reproduction stuff, I've heard some pretty bad comments about the new ones that are on the market now. Like any dual-carb setup, there's a distinct possibility you'll be over-carbureted in the low speed and midrange area.
I had a friend back in high school who installed a dual-carb manifold on a 216 and adapted 2 Strombergs to it. After several carburetor fires that blistered the paint on his hood and almost burned the car down, he went back to a single Carter 1-barrel.

He says (and I'm just repeating this as I have no experience with these) that he prefers the "94's". He has one on his 235 using .050 jets and a 7.5 power valve that performs perfectly and delivers 20 mpg.
His favorite for duals is the Holley/Chandler Grove "94's" used on the early '40's flatheads.
