I haven’t bought anything for the trucks for a while now but I placed an order over a week ago and taint heard a lick about it. Their service used to be the best out of my “big four” and I used to get my stuff from them usually within a day or two even though they are in KC and I’m in Chi-town.
Anyone else having trouble getting their orders from them????

Nice of them to tell me nine days after I ordered the parts. If I'd have known that I would have ordered them from another vendor last week.

In each case, I only found out about the backorder by checking the order status on the site. No emails. The last straw was when I ordered the window rubber kit. It came missing the window channels. When I called, they kept telling me they had a problem with the vendor and that the parts would be in next week - for like six straight weeks. I finally got a tech on the phone who claimed that they had a quality issue where the channels would not bend properly around the top corner. I told them to send me what they had and I would make it work, and I have not ordered from them since. 1959 Chevy 3/4-ton (pics posted soon)

The rest of my order shipped the next day. Only problem I've ever had in the past is getting a repeat B/O notice after the item already shipped.

I cant remember them not having an item in stock. They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing. 1972 Chevy c10 Cheyenne SuperIn the Gallery Forum | | |
