I have a 1960 C-10 Stepside, and I am restoring it. I have installed lowering springs in the rear, fixed the wiring, lowered the front by adjusting the torsion bars, installed power steering, and have my parts to install disc brakes on the front with 2.5 inch lowing spindles.
After the disc brakes for the front, I plan to install disc brakes to the rear and install power brake booster with new master cylinder and proportioning valve.
Question: After installing the power steering gear box, my steering shaft moved up about half an inch. Now, my horn ring pops out and the horn sounds continually. What can I do to keep the horn ring down? Thanks in advance
