from what i have read, the 4400 is a 1 1/2 ton, has the dual rear wheels and a stack of springs. i have it in my barn so i can work on it over the winter.

Welcome from Greenwood. Just got my 283 set in in my '48 today. My Stovebolt ran good while it was in.
