Just another thought, here is how I did mine;
I used a piece of tracing paper, placed over each letter and rubbed with a graphite pencil. Then I took the set of letters to a sign shop, where they measured and re drew them and printed a vinyl stencil. I placed each over the shape, sprayed paint, when dry removed the stencil, then lightly sanded the edges, then cleared. I have had many people ask me how I did them ,they turned out very factory like.
So since you already have the letters, a sign shop could convert to a stencil fairly easy, then when painted, they can never peel off.
