Any suggestions or advice would be nice. I'm hoping to see some pictures of the drip rails off the truck and some pictures of what that area of the cab looks like after they are removed. OR

The "gap" in the door opening will probably need some work to make it look right. I actually had to rework the left door upper frame to close the gap. I got the idea after seeing a 54 in one of the trucking magazines. I think most of the custom builders remove the drip rails so that they can get that slick clean look. As far as replacing drip rails, find a doner and drill out the spot welds carefully and tack them on your truck. | | | | | Joined: Jun 2008 Posts: 1,388 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jun 2008 Posts: 1,388 | For leaks on my 1-ton, I just used some seam sealer in there, before paint.
