| | | | Joined: Jan 2000 Posts: 591 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2000 Posts: 591 | I have a 1957 Chevy Pickup with a 3 speed synchro OD trans. I installed a Hurst floor shifter (much modification to the install kit). Now the shifter is too far back, even with the bend in the shifter it still hits the seat (Hurst said it would clear). It appears that the 60/40 seats with console from 1999 to 2005 Ford Rangers would fit (console is set back between the buckets and the shifter looks like it would clear it). Has anyone tried this combination in their TF truck?
