I now have the time to do some work on it and have the technology to make my own repair panels. However the area I need to work on is totally rusted away, in order to make a reasonable copy, I need to know what it is supposed to look like. If I can impose on someone to take a couple of photos of the firewall meeting the inner fender area it would be most appreciated. Click on webshots in my signature and then on the cab repair album to see my efforts at rebuilding a level of rot similar to yours. Good luck.

Wasn't sure on the transition from the lower part of the panel to the upper part. I get more satisfaction from making my own panels from sheet steel. Just me wanting to see if I can do it.

The screws are temporary, I find them faster then clecos and just as easy to remove and replace, the holes will be welded up later. I will be buying the outer skin as time wise it will justify the cost.
