#79825 07/10/2007 3:40 AM | Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 1,317 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 1,317 | I've used the 3rd generation (80's) Camaros in my 54.....they're 5 lug, 62" wide (wheel mounting plate to wheel mounting plate) with a 15X7 front and 15x8 rear but w/4" backspacing. If you're going to do a 5 lug front disc conversion you'll almost be forced to use an aftermarket rim to get clearance. Can't speak to the 6 lug conversion.
There is info available using the search feature that outlines numerous options. At least you know what won't work if you want a deep dish wheel. Hope this helps.
