To hook up the front turn signals on my 46 do I need 3 post or 4 post terminal block on the inner fender?

If they are anything like the AD setup, a regular black strip with good barriers will do. The electronic shops sell them and I think the trcuk suppliers do too. Antique Electronic Supply would have them.

in order for me to get the front turn signals to work in the front parking lights ? There is presently a 3 terminal board mounted on the inside engine wall. I am getting ready to do a re wire.

What are you using for a signal switch?

When I wired my 50 for signals I ran the signal wires directly to the switch. The terminal block is used for Hi,Lo beam and Park light.

My signal switch has the Brake function built into it.

Well, you have three now, one for low beam, one for high and one for parking lights. So, if you want to be able to join cables for the turn signals, you will need two more terminals. Adding the one with three would give you a spare terminal.
